Anthony Castoro is an award-wining entreprenuer and twenty-year veteran of the game industry.  He has deep expertise in game design, production and studio leadership and has shipped products on many platforms including mobile, social, PC and console. 



Prior to his most recent role as Studio Director of EA's mobile studio in Austin, Anthony co-founded and led Heatwave Interactive for over seven years where he raised over $25 million in funding, designed multiple game concepts and shipped an award-winning MMO, several ground-breaking social games and a variety of mobile titles, including the always entertaining iSamJackson for iPhone and Android.  In addition, he fine-tuned his skills at partnering with other organizations to help them achieve their goals by building a successful consulting business including clients such as Viacom, Deloitt, Electronic Arts, Country Music Television, Cartoon Network, Gearbox and many others.

 

In addition to his role as Managing Partner of C&A, Anthony currently serves on several industry advisory boards, including the Executive Board of Advisors for the University of Texas GAMMA program.
